I do not understand why people would be selling their shares at this point. Tax loss selling is over. Dividend money or reinvested shares are right around the corner, of course company buying back shares at this low share price could be a good reason, but I doubt that.

I don't want to throw water on your parade but the percentage of companies that ever buy back any of their shares is under 25%. It sounds great to announce a buy back but just remember they are not required to even though they say they are going to do it. It looks as though they only have 16 million shares out there. If they bought back 1 million it sure would bounce up the share price. With the number of shares I have purchased and reinvesting the dividend each quarter I will keep smiling especially if I could get the share price up to $2.00.

With the dividend at .02 cents per share per quarter at the number of shares I own, that dividend is at 7% per year which is not bad currently.

Okay I have come on board. 2022 will be a good year for MDRR as things business wise will be reving upwards.

I sold all my position because I know this will go down on monday after the divvy distribution.. That's right I waited to sell today to make sure I still get the divvy

What are the chances this will drop down on the 23rd.
