(e.)By notice dated June 29, 2023, Jason P. Freyou, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Home Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") and Home Bank, N.A. (the "Bank"), resigned from his positions at the Company and the Bank effective as of the close of business on July 14, 2023. Mr. Freyou resigned in order to pursue another professional opportunity and was not related to any disagreement with the Company or the Bank over any financial reporting, internal controls, accounting, auditing or other matter.
