It's all in the last filings Gary. The MeridianBet owners that merged, now own roughly 80% of the company. And because of those almost 122 million shares they own, along with the remaining roughly 22 million shares owned by the rest of the board, including Brian's shares, and also the free trading shares, that shareholders own, our market cap is almost $300 million dollars. Until the new quarterly filings come out to show our actual revenues, even though MeridianBet was supposedly over 100 million per year along with GMGI's 40 million annual revenues, no wonder this thing is stuck around $2 bucks. We are already trading at a 2x multiplier based on sales. Some gambling stocks trade in the neighborhood of 5-10x multipliers, but those are the big boys. Most are still losing piles of money, but their revenues are in the Billions annually. I hope this helps... but read the filings. All this info is in there.

I had a reply on my email I sent to the CEO of Austin Gold from Mr. Darcy Higgs. I asked him why his stock skyrocketed 2 days ago (because the price of gold was up) but these last 2 days we ended up in the red. He replyed: As announced on September 20, Austin Gold has engaged a firm to provide marketing services. The price of gold, investor sentiment, etc. may influence the price of the shares. Does that sound legit?

I am in the green from a couple of days ago but I see that starting to dwindle down..The whole market is cursed with these day trade tyrants who are ruining it for the investors. "Bar Chart" has Austin Gold as a 100% buy..But what good is that if the shorters keep chipping away at it?

Sold off the last few thousand shares today...moving on as well. I've had enough of the never ending bullsh*t here. I truly believe these new Serbian overlords are responsible for the price manipulation. Every time the company put out an update about the previously agreed price per share to consumate the merger, the price kept going lower and lower and in turn, the company needed to increase the number of shares at a lower price to complete the deal. It started @$3.50 per share and by the time the merger was satisfied, the price was as low as $2.00 for Zoran's last tranche. Now the Serbs own almost 80% of the company and I'm sure Brian will be ousted as CEO in a matter of the next year. It seems like this was all just a stunt for Brian and the Serbs to sell their shares. We haven't seen much insider selling other than Brian's girlfriend but I think it's just a matter of time.

I have decided to sell and look for something different. This is BS the way it 's being played out. Friday at 4 PM. was another buy of over 5,800 shares to prevent the price from going up...That's being used for next day selling purposes to further bring this down..This 4 PM buying game has been going on daily for months now. F-them.

Hey Gary... I've been going over the last few disclosures on OTC markets. I'm wondering why Brian has not updated any information there other than the outstanding share count from the middle of August 2024. Based on the last filings, by my calculations, it looks like there are now just under 20 million shares in the float and almost 129 million shares outstanding. I'm curious about whether our new overlords...the Serbs are selling some on their shares? Something doesn't make a lot of sense here.

Again at 4:00 PM today some a-hole bought 7,485 shares for their selling ammo to take us down tomorrow or the next day. They think they are cute buying them at 4 PM so the shareprice won't go up.

Some asshat had to bring us to 1 cent in the red at the 4 PM closing bell. We were in the green all day.

I'm with you brother! I'm still kicking my @ss that I didn't dump all my shares on the last pop to over $6 bucks! Stuck watching this slow bleed every day in the low $2s is a real p*ss off! Wouldn't be as bad if all my purchases were down here and I was only down a bit, but most of my recent buys were $3 and above, so being this much under water is not very pleasant!

That would certainly help but he just issued another 1 million shares to Zoran @$2 instead of cash owed for the merger. My gut tell me these dirty pr*cks are going to drop the price now to $2 bucks again. We are an easy target for these criminals as long as we trade 30K or less daily. This is truly one big joke lately!

Totally agree Gary! I just can't wrap my head around the fact that there's still over 1 million shares short here. Ever since that run up to mid $6s and the subsequent selloff/shorting event, that short number hasn't changed. Why? Why is our volume under like 30K daily now? How in the f*ck do you force the shorts to cover here when you trade around 3% of the short count? Nobody wants to touch this anymore because of this manipulation bullsh*t. I have no answers but I'm about to dump my shares at a loss and buy elsewhere, where there's a much better chance to recover my losses than watching my investment slowly disappear day by day. Just f*cking fed up here!

Yep... getting real tired of the endless games here. Today, it's almost 1:30 and we have a whopping 3,900 shares traded all day. Atrocious volume. It's time for Brian to answer to shareholders why they're still not buying back shares and addressing this million shares short count. He talks about shareholder value all the time and does nothing to make things happen. Last year he announced 2 million dollars set aside for share buyback and bought back zero shares. This year he upped the ante to 5 million dollars for share buyback and has bought back the same amount....ZERO. Time for Brian to do something.... anything to address the short situation here.

Not really sure but all I know, there is absolutely no reason for us to struggle to trade 30K shares daily with under 20 million shares available in the float and absolutely no reason for us to be shorted over 1 million shares for 2 months and virtually none have been covered. Something really stinks here... I'm not sure about why we have these 2 troubling situations considering how the company has grown in the last year and still growing and profitable! Nothing makes sense here to me!

Could it be that these buyers and sellers are the same people in competition with each other? or they just want to get this as low as they can to pick up cheap shares? Whatever, it's a daily game.

I am really sick of the daily games and nonsense that go on with this ticker. Firstly, the volume here continues to be atrociously low. Again I've watched level 2 and SMFH at the games. We have almost no volume and a stagnant price, then someone ask slaps about 5K as high as $2.45, then within minutes, someone dumps 1K into the bid to drop the price into the red @$2.32??? You see what boggles my mind here on a daily basis! If a seller truly was happy with selling for $2.32, why would they not sell into the bid when there was enough on the bid to fill their sell order @$2.32 earlier? Why would they wait until after 5K was bought on the ask for as much as $2.45 then dump into the bid? It's not like they got more money for their thousand shares.... they still got filled @$2.32. The only explanation is the most obvious, and that is price manipulation by MMs or shorts. We have a small float of under 20 million shares and most stocks I follow with near this amount of shares still trade an average of 400-600K daily average. Not only that, but we still have over 1 million shares sold short that need to be covered at some point but they're not even interested in covering in the low $2s where we've been stuck for two months since the runup to mid $6s.Why do we trade so few? Hell, we're right back where we were before the last run up struggling to trade 30-40K daily. No wonder nobody wants to buy shares here! Nothing here makes sense to me. Something is seriously wrong here!

Well, less than 30K traded and these dirty pr*cks got the price back down to a low of $2.30. It seems like there is no time limit for these dirty shorts to cover. Last check I saw it showed like 27 days to cover. I don't get it. My understanding was it was always less than 2 weeks. It appears as though they cover a small amount like we may have seen last week, then they use the same shares they covered to use to short some more and reset the clock. I'm going to ask around and do my own investing on this matter. Something just not right with this ticker lately.

Lol... another 60K after hours trade showing as a sell @$2.47. Talk about price manipulation. Think there's a short out there that was trying to have 100K of shorts covered today? These thieves seem to buy shares in these amounts after hours to not move the needle on the price! SMFH... when do the games end and we get out of this sh*t show.

So with 18K more buys then sells today so far on about 73K shares traded, they got the price down to the day's liw if $2.50. SMFH! As I expected, the flippers let it run up to $2.63 yesterday and $2.69 today just so they could undercut the ask and sell into the bid for their weekend beer and cig money. Unf*ckingbelievable!
