Charter Communications Changes Board Makeup, Rutledge to Serve as Board Member Emeritus

Charter Communications disclosed changes to its board of
directors.
The cable operator said Tom Rutledge will continue to serve as a
board member emeritus upon his previously disclosed retirement from
the board as executive chairman on Nov. 30.
Charter also appointed Chief Executive Chris Winfrey to the
board to fill the vacancy created by Rutledge's retirement. It also
appointed Eric Zinterhofer, lead independent director, as
non-executive chairman of the board, effective Nov. 30.
