Not sure what you are doing with all the lines below your posts, but your emoji of a happy partying face to me is overzealous. Although AREC owns a part of the spinoff of ReElement it is still only 19%. Right now there’s never been a greater time for people that would want to invest in it than right now. We are the only company in the country that can compete with China in terms of re-processing spent product for their Rare Earth materials.

With the tariff war going on with China, when the experts talk about how this will hurt the US economy, it’s when they talk about China controlling Rare Earth materials needed for our highest technology and military products. Not only the government, but many of our biggest technology companies will be crushed without these materials.

Listening to a recent interview with our CEO on NASDAQ Amplify, he spoke about not turning re-element on as a publicly traded stock until sometime next year. The question is, is there a legal reason why he would be holding this up? Is there an SEC issue, stopping us and the rest of the world from trading this golden goose?

Just watching one of the financial networks this morning, they were discussing the trade war with China. They mentioned the word Magnets seven times, and how important they are, and extremely valuable. Our technology to re-process these materials will never be more valuable than it is now!

If there is an agreement with China, all of a sudden, there will be major quantities of these Rare Earth materials available to be purchased, and our bargaining leverage will be gone. So once again, is there any logical reason that the CEO and Board of Directors of AREC are not letting us trade the company which would help their shareholders, who have supported them and most likely every one of us is down serious money in this investment so far, and make money?

If there is no legal reason to start trading this, and all of the other companies from the spin-offs that we have been waiting many many months, then are the Board of Directors and CEO doing their fiduciary duties to their shareholders? If there is no reason to start trading all of them, and especially ReElements, then should we be looking at legal action? What logical reason would they not want the shareholders to profit?

What reason would the company be waiting to publicly start trading the ReElement corporation?
With the current trade war against China, pretty much the only one controlling rare earth materials, and magnets, and the incredible need for these materials for military, technology, etc., the demand for being a shareholder in such a company would be phenomenal!

The fact that ReE is the only one currently in the US that can recycle old materials for these rare earth products, the demand to own shares would be like a short squeeze.
The CEO recently mentioned not trading the stock till sometime next year. By sometime next year, three or four new companies may come up with ways of processing these extremely valuable materials, and our seemingly monopolistic position will be greatly diminished.

Why is the CEO not letting the shareholder’s finally make some money on the stock(s)? Is he doing his fiduciary duties and responsibilities to us shareholders?

I have a hunch but you'll need to follow some bread crumbs to see what's forming behind this curtain. Take it for what it's worth as it's one man's opinion. 
ReElement is a crown jewel here. Make no mistake about it. Lots of real interest and they have secured $20M to validate this. The $20M is tied to coal mine assets of approximately $150M-$200M. This we've seen press about already.  
However, these same assets (coal mines valued at around $200M) are also being rolled into $CGRA in the reverse merger with American Infrastructure which is being spun out of $AREC. 

My suspicion is they are all linked somehow. And I believe ReElement is coming along, too. 

Call investor relations and ask about RLMT...🥳...good question...

I wonder why it’s taking so long for the American Resources spinoffs to start trading? Although AREC owns 19% of it, people that want to buy the 100% pure ReElement Rare Earth processes are unable to trade it. I wonder why it’s taking so long for them to get approval to start trading?

Taking profit is always a great idea...buying is easy setting up an exit strategy is not...Always have an exit strategy...Charts get Oversold and Overbought...rule of thumb sell when Overbought and buy when Oversold...Eventually AREC will move higher but all stocks must go up and down in the process...surge could be in 5 minutes or it may take many seeks...the chart will reveal that...🥳
