American Access Technologies Appoints Ken Cornell to Board KEYSTONE
HEIGHTS, Fla., April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Access
Technologies, Inc. today announced that Ken Cornell was appointed
to the Board of Directors andwill contribute over 13 years of
business expertise to the Board. Mr. Cornell replaces Jerry J.
Boyd, who resigned March 31. Mr. Cornell founded CornellCFO in
1997. CornellCFO has assisted companies in the high technology
arena with financing, strategic alliances, merger and acquisition,
and various turnaround services. Ken's previous employment
experience includes working in the audit division of Ernst &
Young in Atlanta, Georgia, where he serviced primarily small public
and private entrepreneurial companies as well as some larger
Fortune 500 companies. Ken has also served as the CFO for a
publicly held internet/telecommunications company. While there, he
was responsible for all internal and external financial reporting,
due diligence reviews forvarious acquisitions, and establishment of
internal controls and financial processes used to evaluate the
various products and services offered by the company. American
