SPARC AI Completes Successful Water Test
C.SPAI | 6 minutes ago
(TheNewswire)
SPARC AI INC
May 30, 2024 β TheNewswire - Toronto, Canada β SPARC AI INC. (CSE: SPAI) (OTC: EGTTF) (βSPAIβ or the βCompanyβ) is pleased to announce it has successfully tested SPARC AIβs geospatial technology over water.
The test completes an important milestone as it demonstrates the ability to geo locate points of interest on water over short and long ranges.
The tests also demonstrated the ability to locate an area over Port Philip Bay, from St Kilda to the township of St Leonards, separated by an area stretching 40km over water. Visibility between the two locations was limited due to the long distance, but SPARC AI was successful in locating the geo coordinates and distance to St Leonards.
The technology worked on and over water in the same way it works on land. It is feasible that the technology would work between countries separated by sea.
There were no assisted technologies used in these tests. Existing technologies such as lidar has a short range (a few hundred metres) and sophisticated camera and software technologies including photogrammetry will have limited use in this test given the distance and limited visibility to the target location.
Anoosh Manzoori, CEO said βThe Company has completed a series of tests on land. This includes tests at elevations, whilst traveling at 100km/hour, at night and with a blindfold on a camera, and on and over water. These tests are strategically important for building a land to air to sea solution without the need for expensive high-end cameras, sensors and lidar technologies.β
The test can be seen on this video:

2024-05-01 16:10 ET - News Release
(via TheNewswire)
SPARC AI INC
May 1, 2024 β TheNewswire β Toronto, Canada β SPARC AI INC. (CSE: SPAI) (OTC: EGTTF) (Frankfurt: 5OV0) (β SPAI β or the β Company β) is pleased to announce that it has successfully tested the SPARC AI application without the use of a camera.
The tests were successful with SPARC AI application working and recording the geo location coordinates and distance to objects.
Using the XYZ tilt of the device, SPARC AI algorithms can determine the location of any object in the field. The algorithms can work on any device or sensor and does not require a camera.
Integrating SPARC AI onto an AI microchip will allow the Company to enable any device with powerful geospatial capabilities. Devices can become geospatial aware without a camera and without the need to constantly connect to GPS, satellite, or the internet.
βIf you want to know the location of a distant object away from you, GPS is not going to tell you the geo location of the object. GPS can only record the geo location of where you are standing. The latest test and discovery will be transformative for SPARC AI. The launch of our microchip and APIs will allow our customers to deploy AI enabled geospatial solutions, on any device, to solve a broad range of use cases including those in defense.β said CEO Anoosh Manzoori.
As we continue to make progress on the microchip integration of SPARC AI algorithms, we will perform further testing using the mobile application.

Sparc AI develops Interspace
2024-04-19 12:20 ET - News Release
Shares issued 12,484,316
SPAI Close 2024-04-18 C$ 0.395
Mr. Anoosh Manzoori, reports
SPARC AI PROVIDES AN UPDATE
Sparc AI Inc. has provided an update on operations.
Sparc AI recently announced the development of a new product, Interspace, that allows users to record the distance to any object located away from them.
Various factors determine how far a drone can fly, including the drone's battery life, the strength of its transmission system, the amount of lift it can generate as well as weather conditions along its flight path. Having successfully tested Interspace on the ground, Sparc AI plans to test the new product on drones to survey points of interest that are well beyond their distance range limits.
According to the Federal Aviation Federation in the United States, there are 780,226 drones registered. This does not include military drones or UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles). If Interspace is successfully tested on drones, there may be a large market opportunity for Sparc AI. From Sparc AI's experience with fixed-camera devices installed on towers in forestry areas for bushfire and lighting detection, the company's algorithms performed extremely well at high altitude. Sparc AI is looking forward to reporting the outcomes of its trials.
Management is working to build a portfolio of geospatial products for the military and defence, situation awareness, reconnaissance, security, and commercial sectors. There are half a dozen products in Sparc AI's pipeline to be announced once they reach testing stage.
In GPS-denied (Global Positioning System) environments or situations where the GPS signals are not available, Sparc AI can record its geospatial data using its proprietary patented algorithms. Alternative GPS technologies for identifying locations are complex, expensive and may only provide approximate estimations. These solutions use gravity anomaly, magnetic anomaly, celestial and lidar technologies. They may also require connections to the Internet or satellite. Further, these systems appear to measure the location of the sensors only, unlike Sparc AI, which can measure the location of distant objects at different locations to the sensor.
The company is working to build its product portfolio for GPS-denied environments with no connectivity to satellite or Internet. As its core technology is software and proprietary algorithms, Sparc AI's solutions will also be covert and not identifiable by other sensors or radar.
Sparc AI plans to embed its technology into a microchip, with work already commenced to integrate into the Google Coral chip.
We seek Safe Harbor.
