The Telcordia compliance testing program for the GenCore(TM)5T -48V direct current (DC) backup fuel cell system tested against all applicable criteria in NEBS Level 3, as described in Telcordia Special Report SR-3580, Network Equipment Building Systems Criteria Levels.
