I'm concerned about these series-D stocks in the reports. Taking into account there's 3.8m series-D preferred stock that can convert to common shares at 1 to 100, that's a total of 3.8B common shares, when they convert. That's a butt load of common shares in my opinion. Could this be what's holding

The share price on that other ticker is so low I can buy a million shares and if I lose it all, not that big a deal.
