FLOAT is approx. 100 million shares according to OTC Markets and because Canada can't trade shares in SCLF at this time.
That's approx. 600 million plus Canadian shares can't trade, US Shares perfectly fine Pink Current.
US insiders etc are locked up and can't trade at this time, approx. 500 million plus.
Not many shares out there at this time, cheap.

Shared my thoughts in the previous post on my expectations.

Earnings expectations Q4 2023:

Farm/502 segment
Expectation: $10-15k revenue

Pillow/bedding segment
Expectation: $5-10k revenue

Accounts Receivable
Expectation: continued growth in AR but praying it reverses or they’ll go bankrupt.

Suncliff Terpene Gems
Expectation: $60-100k revenue

Q4 Total Revenue
Expectation: $75-125k

Jake is desperately trying to keep this alive with videos and a couple people are buying it. Can’t raise any money at .003 and last Q3 was $34k. This thing is on life support. They need to do 1 million/month to raise this stock with 1.3 billion shares outstanding. Jake needs to step aside

This is so dumb… they get a licensing cut. Of 12 stores that maybe will sell 100 of their pillows a year. Like minimum revenue. This whole management team, including you SuncliffCBDRocks, is not doing anything for investors.

Even with legal weed, each state is going to have their own rules. This really needs to be a branding play. They need to ditch the farm. The pillow industry is like less than $4B in the US and memory foam is 20% of units. That market they’re focusing all this time and resources on is like less than $100M total across all players.
