UCPA seems to be growing and it's not diluting. Most companies this undervalued may be promoted but they also have dilution hanging over them. This is a safe play from down here. UCPA is a better deal right now than it's been in years. As long as they are quiet then I'm loading. GL

I have devoted my time, money, and energy to supporting this company for the past 7 years. I bet at some point these old management will sell the business, and yet they sold the damn business but retained all of the old management to run the show. Guess what? It doesn't get any better. They now no longer issue shareholder updates, news, nothing at all. The PPS is a joke. Super Undervalued, but who cares? What good is it if nobody out there knows about the company? I see they are slowly bleeding us to acquire all the remaining outstanding shares. That is exactly their intention, and we can't do anything about it.
I see many longs are still here, feeling their pain...it is what it is.

Stockholm, 23 February 2024, on behalf of Svenska Spel – Following the winter procurement process, it is clear that Tre Kronor Media has been awarded the contract as the new media agency for Svenska Spel. The agreement is effective from May 2024.

“We are pleased to welcome Tre Kronor Media as Svenska Spel’s new media agency. During the procurement process, we have had the privilege of reviewing several bids of very high quality from some of Sweden’s sharpest media agencies. Tre Kronor will be an important partner to Svenska Spel in the work of continuing to create successful communication with great impact,” says Frank Hojem, Head of Communication & Sustainability at Svenska Spel.

“Svenska Spel is a dream client. We are very proud to collaborate with one of Sweden’s largest media buyers. Svenska Spel has strong expertise in purchasing, strategy, and as a client, and also has a fantastic portfolio with some of Sweden’s biggest brands,” says Niclas Fröberg, Nordic CEO of Tre Kronor Media, a Making Science Company.

The agreement is effective from May 2024 and includes Svenska Spel’s corporate brand and Casino Cosmopol, as well as the business area Tur with brands such as Triss, Lotto, Keno, and Eurojackpot. The agreement is for 2 years with the possibility of an extension for 1+1 year. The contract value is estimated at 4–5 million SEK, excluding VAT per year. Search services are procured through a previous agreement with Dentsu.

The bidders were informed of the award decision on February 12, 2024.

I believe they will. The company keeps winning awards and UCPA is more profitable than it was years ago. I know they bought out the shares from that one contact. I think it's a matter of time. Lots of us have been holding easily 5+ years so what's a couple more.
