READ the news from last Thursday / Friday.

It is an OFFICIAL proposal from Galactic and it will be decided on June 12th by shareholders voting.

Between 1/2 and 1/20

It is all SCAM. A R/S split will allow them to continue to sell shares.
It is a FRAUD. A Reverse Split is the last thing to do to regain the minimum price of 1 dollar.
There are multiple steps before delisting, like getting the minimum six month period extension to regain the 1 dollar level.

GALACTIC is a SCAM. They are GREEDY and they are destroying the company.

My understanding is Q1, Q2, and Q3 needs to be publish not later than 45 days after the end of the corresponding quarter.
For example Q2 ending June 30th, the 10-Q2 needs to be publish before August 15th.
As far as Q4, it is usually combined with the K, the annual. And the annual 10-K needs to be publish not later than 90 days after the end of the fiscal year.
The fiscal year is usually from January 1st to December 31st, but some companies have July 1st to June 30th.
So the next filing 10-K for SPCE should be published before March 31st. Usually there is no 10-Q4 published around February 15th.
However a 8-k with info from Q4 could be issued by the company. After all the quarter closed one month ago, they should have numbers in hands to share with the shareholders. They could do that if they had some RESPECT left for us.

Highly opinionated and entertaining my own imagination here's where my simple mind is wandering:
🤞I'm liking SPCE again. Seeing more potential than for TSLA🧨. Okay, at least as much as. The price is so low that it has much more room to grow. Barring any disasters or major malfunctions. But they seem to have a handle on it now.

I still believe that Branson is pursuing SST. He is already in the airline business.

TSLA may grow, split and grow, while SPCE could easily 10x, 20x or even 30x. It's not unusual for a successful airline co stock to run into the $20 to $60 range. (and SPCE has already visited that arena)

STRICTLY IMO I'M ENVISIONING A BRIGHT FUTURE BUT I'M NO ADVISOR NOR QUALIFIED TO BE. ONLY A FOOL WILL SKIP DD AND FOLLOW AN OPINION. ALSO IMO: SPCE = HIGH RISK.
