OTCM,Cdel. and gtsm brokers have all backed off on their ask price up to .0019 right now....they seem to do this often thru the day as if waiting for a pop/flip....

IMO they are using HFT apps to flip all day when a stock has high volume....the vol today has slown right down since 10:30....HHT apps like high vol and low volatility
