Interesting thoughts on the shares. Heard for years going to preferred, then lately canceling them all together. Either will be very beneficial to the company and stock price.

On the auditing, I remember him stating that. Found in filings a couple qtrs. back, they had hired a new auditor. Impressive credentials, will add major credibility when the financials become audited.

A real company doing the right thing to build it right.

I think you're right. And, we'll see. Maybe he cancels some altogether. Or converts common to non-convertible redeemable preferred stock. If so, what if any dividend or RoR on these Preferreds? Maybe just Preferred shares with asset rights. That would really pull them out of circulation to boost market capitalization and EPS without ongoing dilutive payments.

Marshall also previously mentioned getting Medical Care Technologies annually audited.

These two completed company actions would be very significant.

Maybe chilling out and owning up is something you can work on for the benefit of Marshall and the MDCE stock.
