Wonder if .00008 is next. He must be desperate for cash. 
I had an OTC CEO call me once asking for a loan of just $25k. At the time his stock was at .01 and he was willing to give me whatever I asked for in the .001's. I said no because transferring those shares would have been a nightmare. 
But that just goes to show you how low they will go for cash. Marshall is showing his true colors. It's sad but expected. 

We sit here at .0001/.0002 until he drops offering lower to whack out the 1 bid.

Might be worth the loss if and when they RS to follow through with legal proceedings after some forensic financial people comb through all the info.  I am sure there is stuff to find that will allow judgements and who knows even jail time.  Screenshots alone might be enough.  
Also the publicity of being an OTC CEO scamming investors wouldn't help his career stopping fraud in the memorabilia industry.

If they really are sitting around wondering why this is failing, I would completely agree they are morons. 
Just like they are blaming the lawyers for the errors in the filing. It's his job to proofread and sign. 
Just think in your mind what the next logical step for them to do when the stock is at zero and they can't sell shares......

Given his lies in private have now made it to actual filings I wonder if he knows he can get in a lot of trouble.

Marshall is going to FAFO quickly. Everything is documented with screenshots and recordings. Every bit of information he releases is examined with a microscope from investors. Scamming is something easily picked out when dealing with OTC CEOs.

Correct and they just added 150mil shares which explains the recent volume at .0002 the last few days.

I believe the selling is on hold until we get the Qualified filing because of the change in price. Happened last time in April when he lowered the price to .00016. Sent an email on the pricing differential on latest filing .00013 or .0013, so far no answer.

Not looking good. Marshall if you see this, do the professional thing and notify shareholders of what the true price is on the Reg A. From trading it appears the market believes it is .00013.

Yah as soon as I knew he kept Cooley on I should have dumped it all and moved on.  In retrospect that and that alone speaks volumes about what was coming here.

Do a Reg A, get as much money as possible in case he relapses.

You guys are so amusing.  As if two people flipping for pocket change can affect buying or selling by posting on ihub which hasn't been important in years.
Watching you guys salivate about the things you do and yet unaware about it how it reflects on how empty the rest of your life must be cracks me up.  There are plenty of people here who lost money so whilst you focus on me when it doesn't matter to me financially you forget all the other investors who lost.  Sad really lives lived like this.  Maybe try and get out more.  

For someone who says he detests the bashers and how they act, he certainly seems to be doing everyone he possibly can to make them correct.  Given the business revenues from RGU and his auctions, it's just about unconscionable to dilute at .00016 when you don't need the money. Just seems bizarre really.  Whoever the corrupt people behind this strategy are I am sure they are banking huge at the expense of shareholders.  And it's pretty sad that Marshall is ok with that.  People been in this for years supporting him and it just doesn't matter I guess.   Imagine where we would be with all that news and no Reg A.  We would be .01 plus.  And the people who have been in this forever would have done well.  
I remember at various times he told me that having integrity and winning the right way meant everything to him as a measure of who he was as a person and as a man of faith.  I am not sure how god views using his name as a means of pumping a penny stock to transfer shareholders money into the pockets of corrupt financiers but my guess is it won't sit well.  Judgement comes for us all in the end as it will come for some people on this board whose intentions are obvious.  😉😉
