No its Q 1 not 2 and it must be filed by May 20th... when you file a Notice of Late Filing for a quarterly report you have 5 Calendar days to file the report... today is the 15h and Monday is the 20th... a Annual, or yearly financial report get 15 days to file when its going to be late.
