TRADING UPDATE

Air Partner plc ("Air Partner" or the "Group"), a leading provider of private aviation services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide, is today releasing a trading update ahead of its financial year-end.

Since the publication of Air Partner's IMS on 4 December 2014, the Group has benefitted from a better than anticipated performance from the Commercial Jets division over what is historically a quieter trading period. The Board expects full year profit before tax for the year ending 31 January 2015 to be in line with current expectations.

The Group continues to benefit from a strong balance sheet with a healthy cash position and no debt.

Air Partner will announce its next results on 23 April 2015 in respect of the year ending 31 January 2015.
