Board changes

Western & Oriental plc (AIM: WEST), the specialist and luxury travel group, today announces that two of its Non-Executive Directors, Alan Barber and Pamela Harper, have resigned from the board with effect from 25 November 2010.

The board intends to revise its board structure and will provide details of that structure when the Company makes its Preliminary Announcement of Results for the year ended 30 September 2010, which are expected shortly.

Commenting on the resignations David Howell, Chairman said:
