Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

The Board of WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the data activation platform, announces that it has today published a circular convening a General Meeting at which the Company will seek shareholder authorisation for the allotment of new ordinary shares following the launch of the Proposed Fundraise, announced Monday 15 May 2023.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Brown Rudnick LLP at 8 Clifford Street, London W1S 2LQ at 10.00 a.m. BST on Tuesday 6 June 2023.
