AGM Statement

The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, provides the following update at its Annual General Meeting.

Subsequent to the release of our 2015 Final Results on 18 April 2016, the business has continued to perform well. Trading in the US remains particularly encouraging and the Company remains confident of achieving its 2016 full year revenue target of not less than GBP8.1m. This is consistent with the forecast made in the Company's trading update of 16 December 2015.

The Company is pleased to announce that Anne-Klaas Zwart, the Company's Financial Controller, has been appointed Interim Finance Director, a non-Board position, while the Company continues its search for a permanent replacement for Matt Lea, who resigned on 19 May 2016.
