Transaction by a Director

The Company has been notified that Mark Smith (a director of the Company and of Taliesin Management Limited ("TML")) has today transferred 450 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to a SIPP held by his wife at a price of GBP19.525 per Ordinary Share.

Mark Smith's overall interest in the Company remains unchanged as a result of the transaction, being 124,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.9 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital. In addition, Mark Smith and his wife hold the majority of the ordinary shares of TML which has a shareholding in the Company of 369,591 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.6 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
