Corporate Reorganization Case
DECISION
Parties - As stated in the List of Parties in the attached Exhibit
With regard to the above-mentioned case, pursuant to the provisions of
Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 125 of the Corporate Reorganization Law (the
"Law"), the Court orders as follows:
MAIN TEXT
1. The Court orders the Examiner to conduct an examination.
2. The person below shall be appointed as the Examiner.

3. The Examiner shall examine the following matters. If the Examiner finds
anything inappropriate regarding (1) to (4) or finds it necessary to obtain a
decision for (5), the Examiner shall immediately notify the Court thereof.
(1) Appropriateness of the report submitted by the Trustee to the Court
pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 84 of the Law;
(2) Appropriateness of the balance sheet and inventory of assets (Paragraph 3
of Article 83 of the Law) prepared by the Trustee;
(3) Appropriateness of the statement of approval and disapproval regarding the
reorganization claims submitted by the Trustee;
(4) Appropriateness of the Trustee's report regarding the status of the
administration of the reorganizing company's business and assets; and
(5) Whether there are circumstances that require a Court's order to examine the
liability of officers under Paragraph 1 of Article 100 of the Lawand whether
there is a need therefor.
4. The Examiner shall examine the appropriateness of the proposed
reorganization plan and shall report the results thereof and his opinions
thereon in writing by July 22, 2011.
5. With regard to any matter that requires the permission of the Court
pursuant to any provision of the Law or Paragraph 7 of the main text of the
Order of Commencement, upon the request of the Trustee, the Examiner shall give
the Trustee an opinion regarding the application for such permission.
6. With regard to any matter designated as necessary by the Court to be
examined by or requiring an opinion of the Examiner in relation to any other
matter concerning this reorganization case, the Examiner shall immediately
report the results thereof and his opinions thereon to the Court in writing.
