ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialist,
announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December
2006 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders and are now available on
the Company's website, www.screenfx.com.



The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Halliwells
LLP, 1 Threadneedle Street, London, EC2R 8AY on 5 September 2007 at 12:30pm.
