RDLZ Realisation Plc (the "Company")

Company Update

Further to the announcement released by RDL Realisation plc today, the Company now expects to publish the Company's annual accounts for the financial year ending on 31 December 2018 by Thursday 6 June 2019. Deloitte LLP has confirmed to the Board that the valuation audit procedures required to finalise the audit are substantially complete and only certain technical issues remain outstanding.

The Company's Zero Dividend Preference Shares will remain suspended pending publication of the annual accounts following which the Company will request the suspension be lifted.
