                              Directorate change                               

The Company today announces that Sonia Lo has resigned as non-executive
director of the Company with immediate effect. The board would like to thank Ms
Lo for her valued assistance.

In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry
Shih-Liang Lin, aged 41, as a non-executive director of the Company. Mr Lin is
currently managing director of The M-Island Group, LLC.

In the last five years Mr Lin has been a director of SecondWave, Inc (d.b.a)
Chelsey Henry.

Mr Lin is a majority shareholder of Gazelle Investment Group, LLC, which holds
100,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 14.1 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Lin has confirmed that there is no further information required to be
disclosed under paragraph 17 of the AIM Rules.
