The Company is pleased to announce that:


(i) At date of appointment, Keith Milton, Commercial Director of the Company,
held 554,012 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
representing approximately 2.0 per cent of the current issued ordinary share
capital of the Company ("Issued Share Capital"). This is Keith Milton's total
shareholding in the Company as at the date of this announcement;


(ii) on 3 April 2008 Mr Milton was granted options over 476,190 Ordinary Shares
(representing approximately 1.75 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital) at an
exercise price of 21 pence per Ordinary Share. This is Keith Milton's total
number of options in the Company as at the date of this announcement.
