The boards of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited and Marwyn Value
Investors II Limited today announce that, in connection with the proposed
Amalgamation, the final agreed FAV as at the Calculation Date of 11 April 2008
is 150.2009p per Marwyn Ordinary Share, 95.7279p per Marwyn B Share  and
122.7892p per Existing MVI2 Share.

All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to
them in the re-admission document sent to Marwyn Shareholders, Marwyn
Warrantholders, MVI2 Shareholders and MVI2 Warrantholders on 11 March 2008.

Once all the conditions to the Amalgamation Proposals have been satisfied and
Admission has occurred (expected to be on 18 April 2008) application will be
made to the Royal Court of Guernsey to change the name of Marwyn Value Investors
II Limited to Marwyn Value Investors Limited.  This name change is expected to
become effective in the week commencing 28 April 2008.

Assuming that Admission occurs on 18 April 2008, Marwyn Shareholders, Marwyn
Warrantholders, MVI2 Shareholders and MVI2 Warrantholders who hold their
existing securities in CREST will have their CREST accounts credited with New
Shares and New Warrants on 18 April 2008.  Certificates in respect of New Shares
and New Warrants will be dispatched by 2 May 2008 to Marwyn Shareholders, Marwyn
Warrantholders, MVI2 Shareholders and MVI2 Warrantholders who hold their
existing securities in certificated form.
