HOLLYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES PLC ("HOLLYWOOD" OR THE "COMPANY")

HOLDING IN COMPANY


In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 7 November 2007, from
Prop Trading & Investments Ltd that they have an interest in 4,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company (with an equal amount of voting rights), representing
approximately 8.28% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

On 7 November 2007, the Company was also notified that Mr P Townsend no longer
had a disclosable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.



The issued share capital of the Company is 48,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.125p
each.
