    Update re discussions - Clarification

    Following yesterday's statement by the Board of Dmatek Ltd. ("Dmatek", the Company") that discussions with LMS Capital plc ("LMS") had
ended, the Board wishes to make it clear that during the past year several parties in addition to LMS have made approaches to the Company.
Approaches of this nature may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company and there can be no certainty that any offer or
transaction will eventually be concluded.

Dmatek is incorporated in Israel and is therefore not subject to the Takeover Code.
