                                 Trading Update



                2007 best year ever: Revenues increase over 60%,
             acquired business integration brings expected results


Dmatek Ltd. (LSE: DTK.L), ("Dmatek" or the "Company"), the provider of leading
electronic monitoring technologies, today issues an update on trading for the
year ended 31 December 2007.


Trading in the second half of the year continued at an accelerated pace,
bringing the total revenues for the year to more than $44 million, compared with
$26.8 million last year and $20 million for H1 2007.


Revenue growth was driven by the successful acquisition of Pro Tech Monitoring,
Inc., now an integral part of Dmatek's US law enforcement business, as well as
organic expansion of existing accounts in Europe and elsewhere. Significant
growth was also recorded in HomeFree sales into the eldercare market.


Dmatek's CEO, Yoav Reisman said:  "2007 was a year of solid achievements for
Dmatek.  The substantial revenue increase and considerably increased lease based
business enable the Company to begin 2008 with its strongest ever build-up of
sales pipeline and enhanced visibility.

"Pro Tech's integration into Dmatek's business is progressing to plan with
considerable benefits in the business and technology areas already visible."



Dmatek will announce its results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2007 on
4 March 2008.
