28th May 2008 - Celoxica Holdings plc (AIM: CXA) - a leading provider of High Performance Computing solutions, today announces that
Michelle Young is to step down as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from 31 May 2008.
Antoine Rescourio, the Company's Chief Operating Officer will be taking over CFO responsibilities from Ms. Young. Mr Rescourio will be
supported in this role by Rees Pollock, a firm specialising in financial support services.
There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
Lee Staines, Chief Executive Officer commented, "Michelle has played a key role in helping establish the 'new' Celoxica company
structure and refocus on Accelerated Computing in the Financial Services market. The board wishes to acknowledge the contribution and
support Michelle has provided during her time at the Company, and wish her all the very best for the future."
