Lee Playford has announced his resignation as Software Development Director of
CMS WebView plc. He leaves the Company's board with immediate effect.


As part of the Company's new business model announced to shareholders on 26th
September 2006 we reported that we were seeking to market our proprietary
software suite TDITM to new customers who would purchase the intellectual rights
to develop the software using their own IT expertise.


Given that one of Lee's principal roles has been the ongoing development of
TDITM, CMS has reluctantly accepted his decision to seek challenges elsewhere at
this mutually convenient point.
