Disposal of Wonder Packing Machinery Co., Ltd

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 4 April 2011 (the "4 April Announcement"), China Wonder is pleased to announce that all of the conditions relating to the proposed disposal of Wonder Packing Machinery Co., Ltd (further details of which are contained in the 4 April Announcement) (the "Disposal") have been satisfied and that the Disposal has now completed. Accordingly the Company no longer has any trading businesses and will become an investing company (as such term is defined in the AIM Rules).

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has cash resources of approximately RMB57,750,000 (approximately GBP5.45 million assuming an exchange rate of GBP1:RMB10.6).
