RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 7(th) November 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 35,522 Ordinary Shares at prices between EUR14.15 and EUR21.12 per Ordinary Share and at prices of GBP15.54 and GBP16.16 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 23,592,676 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 819,797,662.
