                      ComputerLand UK PLC ("the Company")

                              Exercise of options


ComputerLand UK PLC announces that on 11 April 2008, 6,723 options over ordinary
shares were exercised at an exercise price of �2.075 per ordinary share.  The
holders of the 6,723 ordinary shares have accepted the offer from Capita Group
Plc (as detailed in the Offer Document dated 11 March 2008) in respect of these
shares.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company, and trading is expected to commence on AIM on Monday 21 April
2008.
