Un-audited Interim Results for the six month period to 31st October 2008
Chairman's Statement
The board is pleased to report the interim results for the six months ended 31st October 2008 of Captive
Audience Display Solutions Plc.
Notwithstanding the extreme turbulence seen in world stock markets, we remain in a good position to take
advantage of new opportunities that present themselves.
Our Irish operation continues to be challenging, but we are confident for the future despite the uncertain
economic environment. Cost control is a priority and, notwithstanding the once off costs associated with
bringing the company to the Plus market, operational costs dropped significantly in the period.
We continue to make significant progress on our proposed Middle Eastern project. While it would be premature
to make an announcement on the project at this time, we hope to do so in the very near future.
It is our intention to move forward in a way that will maximise shareholder value as well as leading us
towards our goal of becoming a leading international media company.
