ANNOUCEMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM") 
 
 
The circular referred to in the announcement of 11 June 2009 regarding the 
disposal of the Company's furniture and fit out business, has today been posted 
to shareholders. Notice of the EGM together with the circular will be available 
on the Company website www.logic-office.co.uk. 
 
 
The EGM will be held at the Company's head office at 155-157 Staines Road, 
Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 3JB on Friday 17 July 2009 at 12 noon.
