Grant of Options
The Company announces that it has granted options over a total of 625,000 new
ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Options"). The Options are exercisable at any
time between the 26 August 2009, being the date of grant, and 25 August 2014,
subject to the optionholder having served with the Company in the 6 month period
prior to the date of exercise. The exercise price is 65 pence per share.
The Options have been granted as follows:
