All Points North plc ("the Company")

The Company has today received notification that on 2 April 2008 John Lyons,
non-executive Director, transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company for no consideration to his Wife, Elizabeth Lyons and
has also on the same date sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 35 pence per Ordinary
Share to his son Simon Lyons. On the 2 April 2008 Elizabeth Lyons also sold
30,000 Ordinary Shares at 35 pence per share to Simon Lyons. The beneficial
interest of Mr Lyons following the transfer and subsequent disposal by him and
his wife is now 1,956,000 Ordinary Shares representing 26.45% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also today received notification that on 3 April 2008 Keith
Chadwick, Chairman, transferred 55,000 Ordinary Shares to his pension fund at a
price of 33.25 pence per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr Chadwick
following the transfer remains at 1,798,000 Ordinary Shares representing 24.31%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
