Trader53, as you may know, puts out lists of stocks he locates on his scans.
He says to load up in June/July and hold. Sometimes he Is right. This one was on his June list
as OVERALL BULLISH. I'm just taking a chance. Could possibly be a candidate for a SPAC. Someone bought
20 million shares today, if I remember correctly!

It's on his watch list, but for what reason?
I had bought millions of shares back in 2007, right after I
bought shares, stock price fell and became untradable until
Fed 2021, when it ran for no apparent reason and I sold all my
shares into the run. As far as I know it's just
a shell.If you go to otc markets, there is no filings or news.
Since I sold I keep checking back to see if there are any new
filings or anything, because I wouldn't want to miss getting
back in at this level providing there is a merger or
acquisition.Good luck!

Does anyone know the updated share structure. I know on top it says 135,000,000 outstanding and 52,000 for the float. It appears that wncp moves with very little volume as compared to other triple zeros.

Actually in your scenario WNCP is the spac. The empty shell "company" is the spac not the incoming entity

I love how the share price went from.0007 to .0008 on a little 12,500 share trade.

Yah, I've had it for a LONG time, but not sure how long. I dumped 1,114,500 shares at .0007 this morning. Tried to change it to .001 but it filled just as I hit the cancel button. I was just tickled the damn thing was finally worth something. Lost about $2500 on it, but at least I got a little back. Didn't really do any checking around before I sold it and probably should have, but it's gone now. GL everyone! JJ

Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) will do business in the hundreds of billions of dollars for 2021. Wouldn't be surprised if the amount is over 500 billion. Was around 80 billion for 2020 which was a several-fold increase from 2019.
