Do you know what happened to the page? It's been down for a couple days. I wonder if they scraped the new capital raise.

25 dollars a share for new offering. Nice

I got 3 for 1. That was sweet. Very unexpected. I didn't even know they had a message board on IHUB. I was expecting them to trade on the secondary platform again. They didn't sound like they were ready to go public yet.

They announced a 3 to 1 split before the next offering.

Yes, Femto! I have been studying, what is now Netcapital, NCPL, for some time now. It is a core holding of mine and am pleased with all that I learn and with all that they are doing. A pink with a P/E and such a low one, is a rare find.

If you are buying on the market. Check out NCPL. Same thing but much less market cap(20m vs 370m).

I agree. It was something different but similar to IPO. Were your shares at their funding run converted to STGC?

It was an IPO done through a funding website. Kind of weird. I think it was called FUNDR? There were 8000 investors in total and it was a $500 minimum investment. They kind of did a raise for the IPO the same way companies raise on their platform. But obviously it’s not called an IPO it would be called an S1 but very similar in the structuring of investing for this case.

I do not think there was an IPO. It went public by S-1. Same as PLTR. All shares outstanding are private placement.

Do you know if any of the investors that bought this in the IPO online have a lock up on their shares? I’m just wondering why it’s so thinly traded

Just on my watch list. Crowdfunding will have a big share of stock market IPO soon. Especially crowdfunding will take the place of the OTC reverse merge plays.

The SEC has also amended some investment limits for investors in Equity Crowdfunding offerings "by removing investment limits for accredited investors; and
using the greater of their annual income or net worth when calculating the investment limits for non-accredited investors."

Market cap right now at $250m. The other one is only $20m
