The sad part is the company could have been successful, look at Tommy Copper, or what ever it's called, it's everywhere. Personally I like the products, knee sleeves, leg sleeves, even the socks. The greedy bastard thought since he created the products he deserved it all. He had some real smart people interested in helping him out, but no, he knew it all and the company has been stagnant.

Yes, I agree. It would have been better for many if i had been wrong. I got to know a few of the original investors. Many of whom were horribly physically challenged. They invested what little money was available to them based on Corley's promises.

How heartless must one be to intentionally rip off those whose lives have been full of misfortune and are severely challenged already? IMO, there is no punishment severe enough for Corley.

No reason not to publish them. STAU is squarely in the SEC's cross hairs anyway because it is in violation of every single provision of the new amended 15c2-11.

I also believe that is exactly the way Corley wants it, i.e. get STAU relegated to the Grey sheets and, essentially, rid himself of all shareholder obligations.

Corley is a truly psychopathic liar and thief. He defrauded shareholders knowingly and intentionally. He has left lots of carnage in his wake; often gleefully financially destroying those who were physically challenged and monetarily needy. He courted their trust, got their money and then stabbed them in the back at his first opportunity.

The DOJ needs to prosecute Corley. He is a conniving predator without a trace of human kindness.

Yes it has been settled, shareholders are screwed and the stock/company are going nowhere. It's to bad, product was pretty good.

No. But, if your attorney can determine that any securities laws specific to California were broken, it might be wise to add a California attorney. Each state has their own securities laws, and, even though a corporation is organized/registered in a different state, it still may run afoul of state laws if it sold shares to a particular states people, or other wise operated in that state. IMO, STAU fits the bill in both regards.

Let us know of any progress you make. I have a feeling that there are many who would lone to sue Corley. It just needs someone to take the first step and get the ball rolling. Corley has swindled a lot of people.

If you're referring to the supposed increase that's showing, that's just plain wrong. This ticker has traded like I've never seen before after a R/S. It's as though no one realizes they did it and have no idea what the new sp would be if it had ever traded at $1, the adjusted sp. Even OTCM has the wrong increase, which obviously should be a decrease of 97% if it were based on $1. They're showing it as though the sp was still $.0001. Oddly enough OTCM is showing the sp for yesterday is $25.0051 on their data feed, but this what realtime shows.

Had a recent Reverse Split of 1:10,000. No updates to shareholders from company. ETrade will NOT accept any online trading. Not sure about any other platforms.

Until Corley files a legitimate report the stock has no value. Its not that the company isn't making money; it is that all the money goes to one single person. Those who put up the money to fund the business, shareholders, have been shunted aside, lied to, then ignored, and now annihilated by Corley's Reverse Split. He has utterly destroyed the lives of some; and he did so knowingly.

Will price reflect change in stock value?

Since I primarily track scams, I have seen a 1:10,000 ratio occasionally. I have never seen one recover from it and become a successful company, though. One particular stock went on to reverse split 5 or six times. When it was all said and done, the splits summed up to a 1:4,000,000,000,000,000 (4 quadrillion). The owner eventually ended up in prison, but is now out and back in bus.

My shares had the reverse split, 1 for 10,000 this morning. Also I am not getting any quote info, maybe a new symbol? I tried to get him to do one that was close to the name of Incrediwear. This should be interesting. I will have to cancel my GTC orders.

however in this case the stock becomes active and people will be able to cash out, finally. This has been dormant for many years.

if the SP rises considerably then most of the previous shareholders should be able to break even.
