That 2005 case filed by Shwab was for &40,000.00

He,and as luck would have it his co- defendant I believe was none other than Jim Daniels.
Jim Daniels was convicted with another pal of Lowman for securities fraud (pump and dump) in I believe 2010.

Lowman set up the initial meeting between the two who up until then didn’t know each other.
