That is a funny buy at 10.00 Koos family must be propping up his company,no reason to jump to 10 from 5 awful big split. He said he might use the perfered to raise money. The common didn't follow such an increase . GLTA JMO

Yeap even a bigger spread but noone is buying. Noone right now is going to buy something for over 5 dollars when the common is dropping like a rock, and this was .007 two weeks ago. Nothing has changed in the company other than Koos has 4.977 billion shares to play with now. GLTA

I don’t think anyone really has any shares left of substance of the Preferred other than Dr Koos. So I highly doubt you see any movement with RGBAD.

maybe they did a forward split based off the closing price Friday and are doing away with perfered, strange it wouldn't have been disclosed . You never know what he is doing . I am waiting to see how much the price drops then i might buy back in.

I keep 111 shares but E*TRADE shows i now have 636 shares. Strange.
