I don’t think there’s been much of any dilution in years… I’m thinking the recent restricted block means they’ve got some sort of deal happening but they haven’t officially announced anything as of yet

So what is the meaning of adding to the restricted shares? Unrestricted is so low here… if anything happens boom… But it did seem like it was a lot of dilution for a long time
