Primix Corporation (CE) (PMXX) News

It's been a minute since I've been on this website. Been trying to figure out what happened with Primix myself. I assigned my patent to the company with the understanding that the Mitsubishi's investment would set the manufacturing up. I was required to step down as CEO as well.
Primix Corporation 1998 was essentially "sold", "closed", I'm still trying to figure it out. But the pmxx you see today , was established in 2001. Primix Corporation IS NOT Primix Corp.

I believe that's Fraudulent Concealment

They failed in their Fiduciary Responsibility ... if the stockholders didn't know that.

I will personally lead a Class Action Lawsuit.... but I'm going to have to find the other stockholders.

Very interesting. When did you leave the company? I take it you continue to own shares? I am also a shareholder, but have not seen any recent information or financials. It looks like all of the Primix entities registered in / operating in Indiana have the status "Admin Dissolved."

I'm the founder Primix Corporation, in Indiana.
I resigned as it's CEO, and moved out of state.
I've recently found out that Primix has licensed the technology to a few companies, so where's the money.

I certainly didn't hear about it, or see it reflected in any of their Financials.

Anyone know how primix did a deal with two other companies, and us stock holders didn't see any of the profits made

It appears to me that the mixer Primix Corporation is not connected to the ticker PMXX.

If memory serves, they moved their operation to SE Asia and we haven't heard from them since other than Dynamic Composite LLC licensing the rights to produce.

In 2016 at www.primix.com, the static mixer Primix Corporation information began to appear.


So, my guess is that there is/was a publicly traded Primix Corporation PMXX that may have gone out of business and an unrelated entity named Primix Corporation that took over the prior company's non-renewed URL to use as their own.

I still have some shares of PMXX and would like to see it trade again, but the static mixer Primix doesn't appear to me to be PMXX.
If the static mixer Primix Corporation would now be publicly traded PMXX, I'd be delighted.

I see this board has been dead for awhile. This stock was recommended to me... but I've been researching to see if I want to put some money into it. The price has flucuated over the past couple months... and I'm not sure if I should invest or not.
