The PMPG that was isn’t anymore. It never had a real viable product that could operate as claimed. As I have pointed out many times, the battery required would be too large, the photocell too large, and the antenna polarization mismatch (vertical vs horizontal) eats up too much power and could not overcome regulatory issues on max transmitted power, if it ever got to that point.

However, I am a firm believer that one day this will be a reality as photocells get more efficient and battery storage gets smaller.

It just won’t be with PMPG…

Just checking in to see who is still hanging on here. This thing looks done, in complete darkness, just like the eclipse here on the east coast of Canada. But just maybe the sun will shine on us again soon.

Main difference is that company seemingly has a viable business , possibly capable of producing revenue.
We on the other hand have an idea (Dream) and Patents that may or may not have value.
We are stuck in quicksand waiting for a large bag of money to drop from the sky and Lassie to bring help.
Very frustrating to be waiting 2+ years for something to happen.

IMO- All valid points have been brought up but we have been waiting quite a long time and finally appears we have some resolution in play. Audits have been worked on and they have likely figured something out to account for the prior failure in share issuance- of a management no longer in place. Same as the illegal shares stolen that they worked with SEC on. Terry mentioned he won the right for all things to be reverted back to him. I presume we waited all this time for the auditors to address those concerns in order to produce filings. Those filings would reveal how this was all addressed. No reason for Terry to come public again if there wasn't audit activity. The stock hasn't trading in so long it would only make sense for him to come to market with that update- when they actually were close to being ready. IMO

Filing an 8K and releasing through Edgar has a cost. Terry doesn’t need to do that while we are on the EM.

A couple points that were brought to my attention:

1. I know myself and a few others have been encouraging Terry to say something so this is appreciated, however, should this have been issued through Edgar as required by the SEC?
2, Is the news that PMPG is working with 2 exciting companies material news worthy of an 8K and if so who are these companies? Perhaps he did not issue through Edgar so he did not have to name the companies.

I am like most here and I want PMPG to come back to life and want it to have a viable product that can result in positive financials. However, its been a LONG time of nothing and if Terry really had something I think we would have known by now.

They've had a year and a half to rectify their issues. I am sure he has it under control or he wouldn't have made the announcement yesterday. I'll take him at his word until I see otherwise.

Im assuming that it was a big hindrance in the time it is taking to get this straightened out, my guess with the recent update that an auditor has gotten that resolved with the relevant parties. It just might not be what we had before.

An auditor will have to account for those VHMC shares either they left the ticker (spun off) or they are still part of the ticker (need to be added back to the OS).

And since the distribution has never taken place, well..................................................................

It's a mess that is going to be needed to be clean up.

On March 19th 2021, Premier Products Group, Inc filed an 8k to address the issue of improperly converted common shares by Valley High Mining Company Noteholders.

As of July 8th, 2021, Premier Products Group, Inc. has successfully completed the process of having 78 million common shares returned to its treasury.
Management will continue to pursue the Valley High Mining Company illegally issued shares by the Transfer Agent and continue to explore legal options with Counsel.




PMPG stated in a prior 8k on October 25th, 2021, "The Auditor overlooked prior filings, the non-booking of derivatives on liability notes. At this point, it was PMPG's understanding that PMPG cannot file the 2nd Quarter 10Q filing before the amended filings are completed. Due to the extremely short and limited time frame to complete the amendments, PMPG could not complete the two amended filings and 2nd quarter filings prior to the September 28th 15c2-11 amendment date. The non-filing resulted in PMPG being classified to the Expert Market. This oversight by the previous Auditor forced PMPG to seek a new Auditing Partner.

I doubt that this route in dealing with the VHMC issue is going to be part of the route moving forward. It never happened, those shares were never distributed and the previous management going that route doesn’t exist anymore.

There is probably another way for Terry Stein to work a solution that we will find out about soon…

Don't see how the audits can be nearly ready when these shares of Valley High Mining Company. (Data Smart Company, Inc) while worthless were never distributed to the shareholders.

The main problem with the technology is that it very close to be obsolete already.

If WiFi from satellites technology is developed then there will be no need for smart turtle technology.

These guys DLOC are claiming they are getting close.

The self driving cars and trucks will be uninterrupted WiFi connections faster then with smart turtles and at no cost to the municipalities.

Smart roads is a huge market with incalculable value for the future. Terrance’s patents would have been a critical part of that, I’m guessing his patents don’t hold water since others have been using the tech. He may have prospects for using the tech but that probably no longer has anything to do with PMPG.

Back to square one and I don’t think Stein has the energy or capability to do anything here at this point.

It's been 19 months since Terry put out an 8K and crickets since then. I would say this is done. He either doesn't have the money or know how or both, to get completed what needs to be done to trade again. As far as the smart roads, never was a fan. Wished they would have moved in a different direct but it doesn't really matter now anyway. JMO
