North Springs Resources Corp (CE) (NSRS) News

I thought this ticker was sold a while back. Does anyone know anything about this?

Just so you all know J Douglas Pulver Resigned from this company back in May 1, 2021 to CFO Robin Wright. He fought the good fight for years with otcmarkets/Finra, and they refused to remove the bogus caveat from the company after tons of money invested for otcmarkets, Accounting, numerous Legal Opinions form Lawyers proving there was never any scams or pumps of any kind ever! (No shares can be bought or sold with a caveat)

Pulver also never sold one share of stock in US or anywhere and never took any kind of Salary even though his Executive agreement for running said company was for 5k a month. He got wallpaper stock for his efforts that will be worth nada. He doesnt know whos running the company and has no fiduciary responsibilities to this company anymore, I'm told he exploring Crypto now....

What are you guys talking about? North Springs filed for a Name & Symbol change like 10 months ago but due to Covid, FINRA has held things up and asked for a ton of information. It's all posted on he last 8K they filed with EDGAR & SEC, and is pretty much up to date with Financials, no reason to do much while waiting for the changes. And mellone was exonerated, not james and is not an officer or shareholder of said corp, just doing business with the company.

Well, we?re watching the stages of a pump and dump scheme unfold for North Springs Resources? and awfully fast at that!  NSRS is down trading near $0.21 on Thursday? but hey, that?s only a 40% loss from the previous day?s close.  And an 85% drop from its recent high.  But there?s been no pump and dump here? no sir.
If you missed my breakdown on the stages of a pump and dump scheme, take a second look at Lone Star Gold (LSTG).  They?re a previous gold exploration pump and dump?  the same industry as NSRS.  It makes for a strong comparison.

From 2012. Been at it since 2007. Run!!!!!!! There it is in black-and-white. Just search for the ticker symbol and pump and dump and it will pop right up.

P&D king. If you want to lose money engage in this stock. Pump and dump. And they are running out of money so they are getting desperate. Looking for another half a million. After they bump the price up and dump all their shares leaving you holding the bag. Been there done that. Check the history on this company. It’s still out there search the ticker symbol name and pump and dump. Those of us who were left with one share worth $0.007 will NEVER forget. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam. NSRS Is P&Dump. First they claim to be silver and gold exploration. Then they went to biomed. Now they claim to be MediCan. They make major announcements Drive to stock up and then dump their shares leaving everybody holding the bag. Rip off and now Mr L is trying to change the name of the company and do it again. Don’t fall for it don’t buy the stock whatever you do I lost a significant amount of money 10 years ago with this company and they will do it again. Avoid them at all costs I am warning you. Research the charts and you will see that the pump and dump has been going on for years. I knew he would try it again I’ve been warning everybody for years stay away from the stock!!!!!!! Check the threads on Yahoo finance the conversations/posts then you’ll know the truth. Do the research and you will see. I lost too much money to watch it happen again.

Well, the Slow pace is the reglatories and filings. they are working as fast as can be. everything is done according to Mr. pulver. They are waiting on the New Symbol from Finra. So at that point all gates are open....James is securing a major investment deal right now, it evan blew me away.
