DMPD Quarterly Report has mentioned that the LOI with IRIS was rescinded. On April 4, 2014 the agreement ended between DMPD and IRIS/Earth Heat. They are now entering a 6 month quiet period and both entities are trying to negotiate a new LOI for a reverse merger. Only 1.8 million shares outstanding. If this still goes through, the share price will increase significantly. IMO

I would imagine there are three options

1) sell the shell to another company (best option IMO)
2) dilute to achieve cash flow for burn rate of $7,000 per month
3) Close up shop

DMPD is illiquid at the moment, but the share structure may be desirable for a different company

I did a cursory check of all the typical places where information can be found.

The most recent 10k looks like the Iris deal is off the table

On May 5, 2013, the Company entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent with Iris Corporation Berhad for the purchase of certain assets in exchange for 96.75% of the outstanding stock of DM Products. Both parties to the transaction acknowledge that the Letter of Intent does not contain all matters upon which a Definitive Agreement (“Agreement”) must be reached. Further, the obligations of the Parties to consummate the Agreement are subject to the negotiations and execution of the Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to all Parties and their respective counsel and further due diligence analysis. As of the date of this filing, a draft Agreement has been authorized and approved by written consent of the Directors of DM Products, Inc. and its majority Shareholders. The draft Agreement is a contract between the Company and Earth Heat Limited (an affiliate of Iris Corporation Berhad) and is consistent with the terms presented in the Letter of Intent. The draft Agreement was never executed and the Letter of Intent has since expired.

The company has been quiet while they hammer out the details and I just feel that it has to be getting close.....

I am actually glad they are waiting for news worthy updates and not putting out press releases prior to anything being done.

Looks like the MM are squeezing the Bid/Ask prices. They are .04/.28. I guess they are trying to drum up some volume on DMPD.
