results of its modified "Dutch Auction" tender offer, which expired
at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 23, 2011.
The Company accepted for purchase 99,464 shares of its common
stock, representing all of the shares of its common stock validly
tendered in the tender offer, at a price of $12.50 per share, for a total cost of
$1,243,300.00, excluding fees and
expenses related to the tender offer. These shares represent
approximately 1.3% of the shares outstanding on September 30, 2011.
The Company, though Computershare, Inc., the depository for the
tender offer, will promptly pay for the shares accepted for
purchase. With the completion of the tender offer, the Company now
has approximately 7,455,716 shares outstanding.
